"These guys are top notch. Totally knowledgeable and professional. We had a couple minor printing mistakes but Steve was prompt and eager to print and deliver an entire new banner and even told us to keep the old one. I also originally switched to them because the ink of the banners from my previous provider would smear when cleaned with water. Before switching to Castle, I called the manager Steve and asked a barrage of questions about his printing process and how the ink would hold up. He offered to have me some see (and try to smear the ink on) some samples. They looked good and so I made the leap. The banners indeed have held up tremendously well and I've done all my printing there ever since!"

I found them randomly via Google Maps and called because I was having issues with my regular printing service - when we cleaned the banners that the other service made for us the ink would come off even with just water. It was a major issue. I called Castle and asked him if there was a better way. Steve told me yes, they use a process that merges the ink into the material itself. I was skeptical and requested to come in and try wiping the ink off of a sample in the shop. He agreed and when we did the test, it was really true! The ink stayed. In their first print for me there was actually a 1" mistake with grommet placement. Rather than fixing it or ignoring it, they printed an entire new banner and then simply handed me both. Truly professional. Hopefully the service stays great and I can stay with these guys permanently - that would give me massive peace of mind."

After calling a few different stores, I decided to go with this one. They listened to what I needed and provided a variety of services and products that fit what I was looking for.
